She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Vos and Marguerite De Vos (Achten); her brother Gary De Vos; her sisters-in-law, Kathy Puyleart and Patricia Puyleart; and her in-laws, Charles and Jeanette Puyleart.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Puyleart; her children, Eric Puyleart (Jodi), Scott Puyleart and Michelle Nicoud (Ian); her grandchildren, Zach (Lexi), Meghan (Brennan), Lillian and Stella; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Jace, Anastasia, Greyson and Rowyn; and her siblings, Bob De Vos (Durell), Keith De Vos (Monica Winter) and Patti Steinhorst (Tom).
