The passing of Charles Ramsay in De Pere, Wisconsin, born in Cheboygan, Michigan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 7, 2026. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck Ramsay and Ethel Ramsay; and his son Ron Ramsay. He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his children, Robin Toohill (Joe), Rebecca Roby (Garrick) and Scott Ramsay (Christoph); his grandchildren, Ian Toohill and Elizabeth Mueller; and his children, Jesse, Brian, Corey Ramsay, Chelsea and Raesha Sule. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Spring Lake Church (2240 Klondike Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Springlake Church (2240 Klondike Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311).
In lieu of Flowers, the family would ask that gifts be made to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association and Unity Hospice.
