She is survived by: her husband David A. Cook; her sons, John I. Cook and Christopher Cook (Michelle); her grandchildren, Casey Cook (Christina), Caytie Sherman (CJ) and Tommy (Leona); her great grandchildren, Avana Sherman, Josie Cook and Sherman; Sheila Carper. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
