He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Green and Elaine Green (Kamps); and his brother Ronald Green. He is survived by: his son Matthew Green (Judy); his brothers, Allen Green (Lynn) and Gary Green (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Elaine Green. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
