He is survived by: his former wife Carolyn Humphner Goldbach; his wife Mary Buzaitis; his brother Bill Vande Hei (Jeanne); his children, Rick Vande Hei (Lana), Ginnie Bluma (Dan) and Patrick Vande Hei (Noelle); and his stepsons, Christopher Buzaitis (Lorena), Jeff Buzaitis (Amy) and Dan Goldbach (Casey). He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
