She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Adam Pankratz (Jena) of Cottage Grove, Theo, Lillian and Dan; her mother Lucja Andruszkiewicz of Suwałki; her brother Krzysztof (Urszula) of Suwałki; her sister-in-law Karen Dillman (Craig) of Pinehurst, NC; her nieces, Marta Andruszkiewicz of Dublin, Ireland and Lisa Pankratz Yakel (Jonathan) of Madison; her nephew Pawel Andruszkiewicz of Tübingen, Germany; her great-nephews, Nathaniel, Oliver and Henry; and her great-niece Sophia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
