It is with sadness that the passing of Frederick Rolando Ortiz (De Pere, Wisconsin) is shared. Frederick, born on August 14, 1952, passed away on August 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ortiz II and Viola Jane Antone; and his sisters, Valma Borla, Alma Mae Doxtater, Zelma "Dolly" De Chant, Marcella E. Topczewski and Libby Harden.
He is survived by: his daughter Cristina "Ti Ti" Rose Ortiz; his grandchildren, Stephan, Taylor, Tyler, Mason and Bella; and his siblings, Richardo Ortiz III, Thelma Shelby and Denise Jane Vigue. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
Fred always loved animals, especially cats and in lieu of flowers the family asks that you send a donation to your local or to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
