She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Dvorak and Sylvia Dvorak; her son Bobby; and her husband Robert L. Horn. She is survived by: her children, Andrew and Tracy; her granddaughter Stella; and her sisters, Doris, Eileen and Judy.

She taught charity by example, and all who knew her felt her gentle touch.
