He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Margaret Daanen (Zellner) and Jerome Daanen; his grandson Jake Gajeski; his brothers, Michael Daanen, Kenneth and Peter (William Fleck); and his in-laws, Clarence and Mary Pasterski (Smits).
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Daanen (Pasterski); his children, Deborah Schneider (James), Kathleen Gajeski (Keith) and Matthew Daanen (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Charity (Mevy Yilmaz), Alexander, Alex Schneider, James, Joshua Gajeski, Jack, Grace and Samuel Daanen; his sister Dorothy Schwanz (Tom) of Tomahawk, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Fleck (Green Bay), Donald Pasterski (Heather), Fern Bay Australia, Carol Merrill, Jack Pasterski (Karon), De Pere, Lois Stuckart, Janet Vissers (Paul), David Pasterski (Jane) of Hiawatha, IA, Gary Pasterski (Lisa), Green Bay, Steve Pasterski (Kay), Peter Merrill, Judd Pasterski (Terry) and Frank Stuckart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
