He was predeceased by: his parents, George Phillips and Cora Phillips (Lamers); his wife Betty Phillips; his son Paul Phillips; his sisters, Isabell Rossi and Adelia Kerschner; his siblings-in-law, Barry Rossi, William Kerschner, Edsen Mayer, Kenneth Brodhagen, Harold Duke and Diane Mayer; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, David Phillips (Kathie), Green Bay, Steven Phillips, De Pere, Randall Phillips (Julie) and Jean Bebeau (David); his grandchildren, Amy Ocheltree (Jamie), Kelli Stertz (Josh), Ryan Phillips (Meghan), Joey Haworth (Sam), Jacob Phillips (Laura), Ben Phillips (Emily), Tony Phillips (Nicole), Betsy Speel (Tony), John Bebeau (Sophie), Cal Bebeau and Geri Lynn Laughlin (Ryan); his brother Donald Wittig; and his sisters-in-law, Emily Wittig, Delores Brodhagen and Dorothy Duke. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great granddaughter.
