He is survived by: his wife Lynn Schad (Rooney); his sons, John David (Erin) and Greg (Andrea); his grandchildren, Josiah, Ava, Daisy, Jackson, Lily and Solomon; his siblings, Kathy Pritzl (Mike), Frank Schad (Connie), Tony Schad (Marilyn), Theresa Oakley (Dave), Carol Riesterer (Danny), Alois Schad (Renee), Larry Schad (Michele), Sharon Nate (Cary), Phil Schad (Ann) and Elaine Graf (Bob); and his in-laws, Gary, Micki Rooney, Diane Rooney, Dan Rooney (Julie), Steve Rooney (Susie) and Kim Greenwood (Paul).
