She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Conrad and Leland "Jim" Conrad; her parents-in-law, Ervin and Viola Baier; her husband Gib; her brothers, Kenneth, Tom and Phil Condrad; and her daughter Barbara Wills.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Baier (Mike Nichols) of De Pere, Carol Christensen (Paul) of Fort Atkinson and Diane Meissner (Dan) of Appleton; her son-in-law Russell Wills of Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sydney Wills, Kevin Christensen, Ann Christensen, Olivia and Nathan Meissner; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Conrad, Lynn Conrad and Wendy Talajkowski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Contributions in memory of Joyce are appreciated in care of her family, which will benefit grants offering extended education and resources within the Hartford area.
