He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Cid); his siblings, Neil (Lee Prange), Lynne Lozanski, Mary Joan O'Leary (Dan) and Lisa Mueller; and his siblings-in-law, Ellen Ney Van Dyke, Mike Blaha (Sue) and Steve Blaha (Becky). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
