He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Phillips and Louella Phillips (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Lauren and Graham; and his grandchildren, Norah and Jaxson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory (305 N 10th St, De Pere, WI 54115). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
