She is survived by: her husband Don Koltz; her children, Lisa Servia (Jim), Laurie Koltz, Tina Stacy, Tim Koltz, Steve Koltz (Pam), Scott Koltz (Dawn) and Mary Barrette (Ross); her grandchildren, Kristin Tedeschi, Anthony Tedeschi (Sara), Rachel Van Beek (Kyle), Andrew Koltz, Collin Koltz, Ryan Koltz, Leah Stacy, Malin Barrette and Kamryn Barrette; her great grandchild Benjamin Van Beek; her siblings, Jerome Geurts (Barb), Eugene Geurts, Glenn Geurts (Carol), Chuck Geurts (Mary), Daniel Geurts, Roy Geurts (Sue), Debbie Stimart (Scott) and Jeff Geurts (Julie); and her aunt Donna Bostedt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
