With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary Margaret Burd of De Pere, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gabrielson and Kathryn Gabrielson (Rohan); her husband Rodney; her grandson Joshua Calaway; her siblings, Dan Gabrielson, John Gabrielson (Jan), Orville Gabrielson, Russell Gabrielson and Irene Ellie; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Moore and John Elwell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Burd of Green Bay, Linda Drewiske (Joe) of De Pere, Bonnie Calaway (Joe) of De Pere and Mary Ann Burd (Frank Carey) of Orlando; her grandsons, Justin Calaway (Rachel Martorelli), Brian Drewiske, Tim Drewiske (Caitlin Sweeney) and Tom Drewiske (Hillary); her brother Rick Gabrielson (Barb); and her siblings-in-law, Elmer Ellie, Rev. Jim Burd (Elaine) and Ann Elwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church - Ledgeview (4805 Sportsman Dr, De Pere, WI 54115). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
