He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Frost and Mina Malcom Frost; his brother Father Thomas J. Frost; and his parents-in-law, Paul J. and Marie Schmitt Creviere.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Creviere; his daughter Miriam Michelle Frost; his son-in-law Russell J. Jungwirth; his son Matthew John-Alexander Frost of Palm Springs; his daughter-in-law Corin Ludwig Frost of Palm Springs; and his sister Sister Patricia Frost.
Scholarship memorials may be made to the Bellin College for dementia care education or the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay Theatre Department.
