She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Stephani and Lois Stephani; her son-in-law William Dehning; her brother-in-law Jerry Colwitz; Ervin and Ethel Colwitz.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Colwitz; her children, Erin Colwitz (William), Sarah Kubiak and Andrew Colwitz (Jennine); her granddaughters, Olivia and Lucille Kubiak; her siblings, Barbara VanStraten, Bruce Stephani (Sarah), LuAnn Louison (Dwight), Laurie Palubicki (Jim), Brian Stephani (Jean) and Brad Stephani; and her brother-in-law Jack Colwitz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In her memory, donations may be made to the Sierra Club Foundation, the Fox Valley Humane Association, or the Green Bay Botanical Gardens.
