He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Page and Martha Page (Hoppe); and his former wives, Carol Buckmaster and Carol Page. He is survived by: his wife Terry Page; his daughters, Patti Bani (Kevin) and Jenny Mielke (Jason); his stepsons, David Ethington (Tammy) of Cedar Park, TX and Paul Ethington (Pam); and his grandchildren, Paige (Colby), Maddy, Connor, Kennedy, Peyton, Amy, James (Marissa) of Timothy, PJ and Evan. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Unity Hospice or Journey Community Church in Dick's memory.
