She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Coenen and Lena Coenen (Albers); her husband Joe Bartels; and her siblings, Louis Coenen (Millie), Herb Coenen (Beattie), Fritz Coenen (Eleanor), Clarence Coenen (Fran), Agatha Albers (Leo), Florence Boyea (Sam), Helen Achten (Norb) and Caroline Lisch (Ray).
She is survived by: her children, Mark Bloemer (Mary), Lorna Dickert (Jeff), Pete Bloemer (Vicky), Joe Bloemer (Lou Ann), Steve Bloemer (Lori) and Lisa Schultz (John); her grandchildren, Kristy Dugre (Jeff), Sara Norman (Kyle), Jenna Duesler (Zach), Stephanie VanZeeland (Mike), Heather Wierschke, Kurt Bloemer (Nicole), Kaitlyn Bieszk (Eric), Heidi Van De (Derek), Kelly Bloemer (Cody VanRossum) and Hannah Wierschke; and her sister-in-law Judy Bartels. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be given to the Alzheimer's Association or to Unity Hospice in De Pere.
