She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Oren and Eleanor Oren (O'Brien); her husband Walter Bessel; her sisters, Betty Schaeffer (Bob) and Mary Ellen Kemnitz (William); and her son-in-law Michael Napstad.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Napstad; her granddaughter Tammy Lewis (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Paige and Mia Lewis. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and countless family members and dear friends.
