He is survived by: his mother Barbara R. Metoxen; his children, Evaristo Ventura, Anthony, Ariana, Alexis and Stevi; his brothers, Mario Metoxen (Renee), Jacob Ventura, Omar Salmeron and Marcus Salmeron (LaToya Garcia, family: Elyez, Clarice, Chayron, Charlize); his cousins, Kristy King (Danny), Tom Lee, Shantel Christjohn, Dominic Skenandore and Gracey Cantu; his niece Darylee Reiter; and his uncles, Salvadore Ventura and Johnny Ventura. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
