She is survived by: her husband Jeff Cichocki; her children, Joshua Shefchik (Amanda), Jennifer Kiefer (Brandon), Halie Allen (Eric) and Noah Cichocki; her grandchildren, Aria, Raelyn, Olivia, Viviana, Elijah, Liam, Treyvonne, Jordan, Emmett and Asher; and her siblings, Mark (Susie), Tim (Marie), Sandy (Pat) and David (Nicole).
