He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Phillips and Iris Phillips (Bechtel); his wife Annie; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Edward Martin; his grandparents, Otto and Janet Bechtel; and his great-grandparents, John and Mary Bechtel.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jackie Redel (Peter) of Union Grove, Suzanne Martin of Waukesha and Donna Dehart (Dave) of Inverness, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
