We bid farewell to Elsie L. McDowell (De Soto, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 15, 2025 at the age of 96. Elsie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McDowell and Elsie McDowell; her siblings, Frederick, Maurice, Hugh, Blaine, Etta McDowell, Jessie Mc Dowell, Jennie McDowell, Alberta McDowell, Alida Sallander and Beulah Dietrich; John Ivan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ruth Freiheit of Texas and Ruby Shaw of Waupaca; Elsie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
