He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rouse and Margaret Rouse (Frisque). He is survived by: his wife Bernie; his children, James (Karen), Jonathan (Adrienne), Cindy May (Todd) and Gina Swenson (Rob); his grandchildren, Alex, Owen, Briana, Emily, Jake, Tommy, Olivia, Joey, Aaron, Jonah and Eli; his great grandchildren, Kinleigh and Beckett; his siblings, Joyce (Marty), David (Marie), Fred (Ann) and Floyd (Sue); and his caregivers, Jordan, Skyler, Jen and Sarah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the CDT St. Olaf Catholic Church (623 Jefferson St, DeForest, WI 53532). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Albert's name to a charity of your choice or to Edgewood College, in honor of his lifelong commitment to education and community.
