She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Carstens and Mabel Rader (Bailey); her husband Walter Hagey; her sister Audrey Ryan; her brother-in-law Bob Ryan; her brother Stuart Carstens; and her nephews, Robert and Scott Ryan.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Hagey (Bing Bing) of Lodi, Keith Hagey (Dawn) of Sun Prairie and Heather Blicharz of Madison; her grandchildren, David Hagey (Victoria), Tristin, Bradyn Blicharz, Alex and Nick Hagey; and her great grandchildren, Dustin, Riely Grosz, Annabelle, Savannah and Oliver Hagey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brighton Hospice.
