Charles leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Charles’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Carter and Mary Carter (Fritz); and his daughter-in-law Vickie Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Carter (Amy) and Scott Carter; his grandsons, Damian and Ayden Carter (Haley); his stepgrandchildren, Lindsey, Mike and Kendal; and his great grandchildren, Axel, Jack and Colin.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cornerstone Community Center (505 N Main St, DeForest, WI 53532).
