He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert "Windy" Waters and Beatrice Waters (Hornbeck). He is survived by : his son Dann Waters Jr. (Lori); his grandchildren, Dylann Waters, Duane Wedler (Kayla) and Danielle Shull (Ben); and also Judy Smith. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; seven sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
