He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lay and Laura Mae Lay (Tupman). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Steven Michael Lay, Christina Ann Lay Eten (George) and Kelly Lynn Lay Burley (John); and his grandchildren, Brooke (Dustin), Bryan (Phoebe), Nicholas, Tyler, Lauren, Maxwell and Alexander. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and several close friends.
