Jeanette G. Knowles Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanette G. Knowles of DeForest, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanette G. Knowles to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew P. Kaufman and Ida A. Kaufman (Grapentine); her husband Kenneth O. Knowles; her brothers, Leonard, Lloyd, Jerome and Warren Kaufman; and her sons-in-law, Steven Multerer and Chip Van Meter (Virgil).
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth A. Knowles (Brenda) of Wichita, Kan, Richard Kaufman (Rita) of Manitowoc, Wis., Patricia Multerer of Poynette and Susan Van Meter of DeForest, Wis.; and her sister Audrey Wilson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (401 Femrite Dr, Monona, WI 53716).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted in Jeanette's name to Agrace HospiceCare.
