He was predeceased by: his parents, Neill Sr. Burns and Katherine Burns (Lower-Youtzy); and his sisters, Beatrice, Lois, Dorothy and Patricia.
He is survived by: his close friend Jake; his wife Marsha Gosda; his daughters, Robyn Dodge (Bernie) and Becky Schmidt (Darin); his grandchildren, Cortnie Keller (Brad), Callie Howell, Caitlynn Bouchonville-Dodge (Jay) and Ethan Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Alice and Rory; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Gosda and Mike Gosda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
