It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia Lay of DeForest, Wisconsin is shared. Patricia, born on June 8, 1951, passed away on August 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Dorning and Eleanor Dorning (Hinkel); her husband Gary Lay; and her brother Ronald. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Lynn Lay Burley (John) and Christina Ann Lay Eten (George); her grandchildren, Maxwell, Alexander, Brooke (Dustin), Bryan (Phoebe) and Nicholas; and her siblings, Pamela (Bob), Thomas (Heather) and Norma. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ryan Funeral Home (2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the VFW Post 8483 (5737 County Hwy C V, Madison, WI 53704).
