He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Lang (Perry) and Scott Samuel (Kari); his brother Kyle Samuel; his stepsiblings, Spencer Lang and Kaitlyn Luther (Joshua); his stepnephew Corbin; his grandparents, Elaine Giese, Richard Samuel (Carol) and Gerald Lang; and his caregiver Angie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
