He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Ann Green (Cyrus) of Fort Collins, CO and Michael Patrick Smith of Delavan; his granddaughter Julia Elizabeth Ann Green of Fort Collins, CO; and his children, Jean Stafford of Oswego, IL and Peggy Smith of Pauma Valley, CA..
