He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Dunham and Lucille Dunham (Parsons); his wife Joanne August; his sister-in-law Karen Kempken; his grandson Jonathan Martin; his sibling's children, Sheryl Kempken and David Kempken; and his great-nephew Jackson Heckel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Martin-English (Keith) of Delavan and Phyllis Gutknecht (Jack) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Gutknecht, Rebecca Gifford (Tony) and Nicholas Martin (Jen) of Delavan; and his great grandchildren, Davey, Jonathan, Will and Grace. He is also survived by his cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
