She is survived by: her husband Dennis Mohr; her children, Dennis R Mohr (Kris) of Elkhorn and Tina Mohr of Lake Geneva; her grandchildren, Logan, Konnor and Braden Mohr; her great grandchild Brooks Allen Mohr; her sister Sandra Martin of Florida; her niece Theresa Woolcott; her great-niece Brittany; her great-nephews, Carson and Ethan; and her nephew Michael Martin.
