She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Schmaling; and her daughter Sue. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Mekelburg (Tom) of Bedias, TX, Ron Schmaling of Bloomfield, IA and Terry Schmaling (Cindy) of Delavan; her grandchildren, Ben Schmaling (JaLynne) of Prescott, IA, Ethan Schmaling of Waukesha, Brittany Schmaling of Lakeville, MN, Blake Schmaling of Delavan and Emily Mekelburg of College Station, TX; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Charles, Henry and Mackson.
Memorials can be directed to Janet's family to be donated to several organizations.
