We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2021, at the age of 68, Joan Irene Palmer (Delavan, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond James Pecore and Mary Patricia O'Neill Pecore. She is survived by: her husband Oran Jackson Palmer; her sons, Erik Palmer and Cory Palmer (Tara); her siblings, Michael Pecore (Deb Schillinger), Timothy Pecore, Mary Rohmeyer (Kenny), Kathryn Derrico (Gary) and Nora Settje (Ron); and her grandchildren, Grace and Jackson Palmer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
