He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hall; his daughter Crystal Runnells; his grandchild Logan Runnells (Meghan); his great grandchild Baby Boy Runnells; and his siblings, Tim Hall (Joyce), Kimberly Gilmour (Roy) and Kathy Wilson.
Although a private funeral will be held, Keith's family invites those who wish to honor his memory to share a joke in his name or remember him through a donation to ABATE of Wisconsin, an organization close to his heart.
