He is survived by: his wife Carol Janssen; his children, Dan Koopmans (Vonda), Terry Koopmans and Kelly Tellez; his grandchildren, Alex Koopmans, Krystie Jackson (Anthony) and Alena Tellez; his great grandchildren, Mason and Mack; and his sisters, Sia (Martin) and Riet. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
