She is survived by: her mother Nancy Ann D'Amico; her sons, Colton Viveros, Ethan Rice and Rohan Eisner; her foster mother Teresa Selph; her siblings, Jeffrey Malinek (Samantha), Tony Malinek, James Ely, Jason Hines, Jodi Krause (Dustin) and Nicole Hines; and her siblings' children, Cora, Leland, Laken, Evei, Enzo, Rainey, Payton, Lexi, Raven, Sierra, Cody, Kalli, Desi and Paul Jr..
