He was predeceased by: his parents, Florencio Luisa and Maria Luisa (Alvarado); and his wife Leandra N. Mena. He is survived by: his children, Ruben Mena Perez, Amparo Mena Perez, Rogelio Mena Perez (Irma Consuelo Mena), Susana Mena Perez, Consuelo Mena Perez (Agustin Ortiz), Miguel Angel Mena Perez (Velia Carlos Mena), Veronica Mena Perez (Benny Archiberg), Krista Aranda (Luciano), Everardo Arizola, Diane Leal and Belinda Mora. He is also survived by many Grand Children, Great-Grandchildren, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
