She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lewis and Jeanne Lewis (Hunsader). She is survived by: her children, Christy Alexander and April Meade (Dan); her grandchildren, Drayden, Jaelynn, Jaxson, Logan Meade, Kenzie and Chase Alexander; her siblings, Randy Lewis, Janet Osowski (Andy), Mike Lewis, Ron Lewis (Cindy) and Sue Olkives (Jerry); her cousin Barb; and her siblings' children, Morgan, Craig, Jordan, Michael, Samantha, Chelsey and Meghan.
