Vance of Delavan, Wisconsin, born in Holden, Missouri, who passed away on September 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Rector and Helen Rector (Hughes). She is survived by: her husband William Vance; and her sons, James Vance of Delavan and Andrew Vance (Karen) of Minneapolis.
