It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luann B. Copeland of Delavan, Wisconsin, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Dempster and Sannia Dempster; her husband Clyde Copeland; her sons, David and Mark; and her grandson Jason T. Higgins.

She is survived by : her daughter Lyn Frohling (Tom) of Sycamore, IL; her grandson Ben Copeland (Ali) of Tualatin, OR; her great grandchildren, Davidicus, Reseda, Ozias, Zane and Alora; her brother Bob Dempster of Bend, OR; her daughters-in-law, Mary Ellen Turner and Karen Copeland; her niece Julie Dempster; and her great-nephew Caden.

Paul Dempster wrote a sympathy message

“I have just recently been able to locate Luann's brother Bob.I am Bob and Luann's cousin Paul Dempster,Luann and Bobs Father was my "Uncle Jack" Luann's Mom "Aunt Honey"this is what I remembered. I called Cousin Bob to wish him a Happy Birthday when he informed me of Luann's passing. I was quite upset as I just had located Bob near end of May,he gave me Luann's telephone number but when I called there was no answer.”
