He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Armato and Margaret Armato (Giovingo); and his sisters, Mary, Rose and Frances.

He is survived by: his wife Vita Giacone; his sons, Thomas Armato (Dianne) and Marty Armato (Holly); and his grandchildren, Paula Armato and Mark Armato (Cassie).
