He was predeceased by: his father Jack Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Frances Phillips (Mckenna); his children, Nicole Brandl (Andrew), Ginger Phillips (Noel) and Dylan Phillips; the mother of his children Judy; his grandchildren, Dorian Phillips (Jack Brandl) and Mother Frances Phillips (Jane Freitag); and his siblings, Christine Phillips (John), John Phillips, Tim Phillips and Brian Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and friends.
