He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Grant and Marie Elizabeth Perkins (Volp). He is survived by: his wife Barb of Delavan; his children, Brittaney Perkins of Lake Geneva and Zachery Perkins of Lake Geneva; his stepson Chris Villanueva (Sarah) of Madison; and his siblings, Cathy Peck, Elaine (Scott), Tim Perkins (Collette), Jeff Perkins (Sarah), Karen Kimball (Robert), Sandy Goglio (John) and Beverly Long (Jim). He is also survived by 9 nephews and 12 nieces and their children.
