He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Patchak and Helen Patchak (Ciolkosz); and his siblings, Suzanne, Charlotte, Mae, Ceil, Raymond, George, Mike and Jack.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Sandra Lee Kuhn; his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Shirley; his wife Sandra; his children, Kevin (Paula), James (Carol), Dawn (Dan) and Kimberly (Gabriel); his sister Joann Zimmermann (Ted); and his sisters-in-law, Loraine Patchak and Carol Patchak. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lazarczyk Family Funeral Homes (515 Center St, Lake Geneva, WI 53147). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church-Please Meet (714 E Walworth Ave, Delavan, WI 53115).
